1. How can I place my order on Truveda?

You can purchase Truveda products in two ways—create an account or do Guest Checkout. You can create an account on Truveda if you are a returning customer to simplify the process of order placement. If you are a one-time user, you can proceed to purchase the product through Guest Checkout (not account creation is required).

  1. How do I know if COD is available on your products or not?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable only to selective products. It is recommended that you first check COD applicability on the product you order in the Payment Method option.

  1. My payment request is failed. What should I do?

Kindly ensure that you have a secure and stable network connection while making payment. If it is failed, retry once refreshed the window. Do not press back button on your browser in the middle of the transaction process. If still, problem occurs, please call us at phone number.

  1. I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

We deliver the orders within 3-4 days at the minimum and 7-8 days at maximum. If you have not received your order for more than 8 days, please contact our team at phone number or write your grievance to us at e-mail id.

  1. What payment modes do you accept?

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking in India. For international purchases, we accept payment made only through Paypal, and Credit Cards. Cash on delivery (COD) is available only for the selective products.

  1. What is your return and refund policy?

If there are any issues with the product, you can request product return or exchange within the 7 days after delivery. Please visit page URL to learn more about our return and refund policy.

  1. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order before it has been packed and sent for shipment, go to My Cart and click on Cancel Order. Once it has been sent for shipment, you must call us at phone number or write to us at the email address to cancel your order. Once delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

  1. I have received a damaged product. How can I return it to you?

Please read our Return & Refund policy to check if the delivered product is eligible for return and refund or not. If the product is eligible for return, you can drop an email to us at email address with the complete details of the product and delivery date. If still need help, please call us at phone number.

  1. I have forgotten the password of my Truveda account. How can I re-set it?

You can reset the password for Truveda account by clicking on Forgot Password option on the Account Login page. Please note the request for password reset will be sent on your registered email address.

  1. I added multiple products in my cart. Can all those products be delivered together at my shipping address?

You can add multiple products in a single order if the shipping address is same for delivery of all products. Please place separate orders for the products with different shipping addresses.

  1. I have not received the refund of my product yet. What should I do?

Please read our Return and Refund Policy to check if your product is eligible for refund. If you have already requested for refund, please check the status of request by reaching to us at e-mail id.

  1. Can I order a Truveda product in advance if it is out of stock?

We do not offer pre-order services for our products. If a product is out of stock, you cannot order the products in advance. However, we will notify you when it is restocked if you opt-in for “Notify Me” option in the product description.

  1. How can I remove a product from my order that has been accidentally added?

Go to your cart; locate the Remove option on the dashboard. Click on the Remove icon placed in the front of the product you accidentally added. You have successfully removed the product from your cart.

  1. How do I know if you offer a new range of product specific to my interest?

You can sign up for Truveda newsletter using your email address. Whenever Truveda has a special announcement regarding products, discounts, and offers, you will be notified through email.

  1. I want to buy a Truveda product. Is it compulsory to create an account?

If you do not wish to create an account with us, you can avail our guest checkout service. You can simply add the desired product to the cart and proceed to make the payment by filling your shipping address and other details.
